Ingredients

⅓cupmilk

⅓cupbutter

1¼cupssugar

1tspvanilla

1cupchocolate chips,semi-sweet

Preparation

Combine the butter, milk, and sugar in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium high heat and let boil for 45 seconds.

Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla and chocolate chips until smooth and shiny.

Immediately pour over a 9×13-inch cake or brownies.

Let cool completely to set.
