Ingredients

4cupschicken stock

1cupmixed vegetables,frozen

20chicken and vegetable wontons,frozen

½tspkosher salt

¼tspground black pepper

dried thyme,optional

Preparation

In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil over high heat.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the frozen vegetables, chicken wontons, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

Simmer for about 8 to10 minutes until the wontons are warmed through and float to the surface.

Divide the soup among 4 bowls and serve immediately.
