Ingredients
2½cupsplain Greek yogurt
¼cuplemon juice
1lemon zest
2tbspmilk
2tbsphoney,or agave
rainbow sprinkles,optional
Preparation
Stir the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, honey, and sprinkles together. Carefully stirring in the sprinkles, as they may slightly bleed their color. The mixture will be thick.
Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. If the popsicle mold has slots for sticks, insert them before freezing – if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle.
Continue to freeze for an additional 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Run the popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Serve, and enjoy!
