Ingredients

1medium banana,ripe

2tbspquick oats

1large egg,beaten

2tbsppecans,chopped

Preparation

Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth. Add the egg and oats, and mix well.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, then pour the batter to make 3 pancakes.

Top with pecans, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn, then cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden.

Pour 1 teaspoon of favorite syrup or honey, serve and enjoy!
