Ingredients
8ozJiffy Corn Muffin mix,(1 box)
15ozwhole kernel corn,drained
15ozcreamed corn,not drained
1cupsour cream
½cupbutter,melted
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan well.
In a large bowl, mix the corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and butter together and add it to the baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
If desired, brush on just a bit of melted butter before serving.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
