Ingredients
1smallpeach,ripe, skin removed, sliced
small handfulmint leaves,fresh
1lime,juiced
1½ozwhite rum,such as Myers’s
1tspcane sugar,or raw (turbinado) sugar
club soda
Preparation
In a mixing glass, thoroughly muddle the peach slices, mint, lime juice and sugar.
Stir the rum into the muddled mixture.
Fill a Collins glass with ice, and pour the mixture into the glass. Top it off with club soda.
Mix by pouring the drink back into the mixing glass, then back into the drinking glass again.
