Ingredients

¼cuplow-sodium soy sauce

2tbspmaple syrup,or brown sugar

1tbspcornstarch,optional

1tbspchili garlic sauce

1tbsprice vinegar

½tspChinese five spice powder

½tspcrushed red pepper flakes

½tspgarlic powder

½tspground ginger

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.  Taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.

Use immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
