Ingredients
8cupsiceberg lettuce,or romaine
1½cupsfrozen peas,defrosted
1bell pepper,red or yellow, diced
½cupcherry tomatoes,halved
3green onions,sliced
1¼cupmayonnaise
¼cupsour cream
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
1tbspfresh parsley
1tbspfresh dill
2tspsugar
salt & pepper,to taste
6slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled
2cupscheddar cheese
Preparation
Place the lettuce in a 9×13-inch dish. Layer remaining vegetables.
Combine dressing ingredients and spread over lettuce. Top with cheese and bacon.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) before serving.
