⅓cupalmond flour,blanched
1egg
½tspbaking powder
1pinchsalt
Preparation
Place the butter in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave for about 15 seconds until melted.
Swirl mug until fully coated.
Combine the almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in the mug. Whisk until smooth.
Microwave at maximum power for about 90 seconds until set.
Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
