Ingredients
1medium sweet potato,peeled
1tspolive oil
¼tspkosher salt
¼tspgarlic powder
¼tspground chipotle chile powder
olive oil spray
Preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Slice the potato into even ¼-inch thick fries.
Toss the potatoes with oil, salt, garlic powder, and chipotle chile powder in a large bowl.
Transfer to the air fryer basket, then spritz the top with olive oil.
Cook in a single layer without overcrowding the basket for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the outside, turning half way.
