Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb mostaccioli, or penne, cooked & cooled

½ cup carrots, chopped

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 bay leaf

1 tsp dried basil

1 cup yellow onions, chopped

½ cup celery, chopped

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

16 oz tomato sauce

½ cup parmesan cheese

2 tbsp herbs of your choice, like parsley or basil, chopped

Preparation

Add all the ingredients, except for the pasta, into the crockpot.

Cook on Low for 6 hours.

Pour sauce over mostaccioli when ready to serve.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped herbs of your choice.

To serve:
