Ingredients

21ozapple pie filling,(1 can)

½cupcinnamon sugar

15flour tortillas,6-inches

oil,for frying

Preparation

Heat the apple pie filling in a small pot over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through.

Place the cinnamon sugar in a shallow dish.

Spoon 1½ tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla. Fold in the opposing edges and roll up as you would a burrito.

Heat oil in a large, deep saucepan over medium heat.

Place a batch of rolled tortillas seam-side down in the hot oil and fry for 1 to 2 minutes until browned and crispy.

Turn and continue frying for 1 to 2 minutes more until all the sides are browned.

Roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.

Repeat with the remaining batches.
