Ingredients

2red apples,large, cored

1banana,frozen

1cupice

1cupunsweetened almond milk

½cupGreek yogurt

1tspground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

ground ginger

ground cloves

2pitted dates,or teaspoons honey, optional

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until combined and smooth.  Taste and add sweetener if needed, pulsing to combine.

Serve immediately. Sprinkle the top of each smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
