Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced

¼ cup onion, finely diced

½ cup half and half

2 cup white American cheese, shredded

½ cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded

1½ tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

Preparation

Sauté jalapenos and onion in oil until tender.

Pour in half-and-half, white American, and Monterey jack.

Stir and cook over medium heat until evenly melted and smooth.

Mix in cilantro, remove from heat, and serve with whatever you would like!
