Ingredients

4chicken breast,halves, bone in, with skin

6chicken drumsticks

6.5ozartichoke hearts,(2 jars), marinated, quartered, drained

15ozblack olives,(1 can), drained

½cupdry white wine

½cupchicken broth

1tbspfresh tarragon,chopped

salt and pepper,to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the chicken breasts and drumsticks in a 9×13-inch baking dish, bone side down.

Spread the artichokes and olives around the chicken, then mix the wine and broth together in a small bowl and pour the mixture all over the chicken. Sprinkle with tarragon and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through, juices run clear and browned.
