2cupscooked chicken breast meat,cubed
1headlettuce,chopped
¼cupalmonds,sliced
¾cupwonton strips
¾cupscrispy chow mein noodles
Preparation
To make the dressing, add all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Layer the salad with lettuce, chicken, almonds, wonton strips, and chow mein noodles before pouring on the dressing.
