Ingredients
8ozlinguine or spaghetticooked, cooled
1red bell peppersliced
1cupbroccoli floretscut small
1cupsugar snap peassliced diagonally
½cupcarrotsjulienned
1cupBean Sprouts
2tbspcilantro
2tbspalmondsslivered, toasted
2green onionssliced
1cupmandarin orange segmentsdrained
1cupsesame ginger dressing
1tspsesame oil
2tspsoy sauce
1tspsesame seeds(for garnish)
Preparation
Place pasta, red bell pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, and bean sprouts in a bowl.
Add dressing, sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss well.
Mix in cilantro, slivered almonds, and green onions.
Garnish with orange slices, sesame seeds, and remaining cilantro and green onions and toasted almonds.
