Ingredients
½cupquick oats
2cupswater
1cupfat-free milk
1cupice
3tbspsugar
2tspground cinnamon
Preparation
Cook the oats and water in a small pot for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.
Remove from, then heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
In a blender, add the milk, sugar, cinnamon, oats, and ice.
Blend on high until very smooth.
Pour in a glass over ice, serve, and enjoy!
