Ingredients

8ozcream cheese,softened

2tspWorcestershire sauce

2tbspmayonnaise,or dressing

½tspgarlic powder

¼tspsmoked paprika

1½tbspgreen onion,finely sliced

¾cupcheddar cheese,shredded

¼cupfresh Parmesan cheese

3tbspbacon,chopped

⅓cupjalapenos,canned, diced

½cupPanko bread crumbs

1tbspbutter

2tbspfresh parsley

3tbspbacon,chopped

1jalapeno pepper,seeded, finely diced

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce with a mixer until fluffy. Stir in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, bacon, green onion, and jalapenos.

Place the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, then roll into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Combine the Panko bread crumbs and butter in a small pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Combine panko mix, parsley, bacon, and jalapeno in a plate. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the topping, pressing to stick.

Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping, and enjoy!
