Ingredients

20large mushrooms

7slicesbacon

20mozzarella cheese,( approximately 5oz) cubes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem. Fill each mushroom with 1 cube of mozzarella.

Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Stretch and wrap ⅓ of a slice of the bacon around each mushroom. Secure with a toothpick.

Place on a parchment-lined pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the bacon is crisped.

Serve warm.
