1lbpork tenderloin
southwest seasoning,or other meat seasonings
8slicesbacon
Preparation
Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Season the pork with chosen seasoning blend.
Wrap the pork tenderloin in bacon using toothpicks to secure.
Place pork on a foil-lined sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes to crisp bacon.
Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Place pork on a grill mat and cook for 20 to 22 minutes rotating every 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
