Ingredients

Fudge Brownie Mix,1 box, 9 x 13 size

¾cupunsalted butter,softened

⅓cupBaileys Irish Cream

3cupspowdered sugar

¾cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

2tbspheavy cream

½cupBaileys Irish Cream

Preparation

Prepare the brownies according to package directions. Cool completely.

Beat the butter on medium speed until fluffy.

Add in the Baileys, then mix well.

Add the powdered sugar, a little at a time, until completely incorporated. Beat until soft and fluffy.

Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies, then refrigerate.

Combine the Baileys and heavy cream in a sauce pan over medium high heat.

Bring just to a boil, then immediately pour then over the chocolate chips.

Let sit for 5 minutes without stirring.

Whisk until smooth, then spread the ganache over the frosted brownies.

Let sit at room temperature about 30 minutes.

Refrigerate until set.

Serve chilled, and enjoy!
