Ingredients
½tspgarlic powder
½tsppaprika
½tspchili powder,*
⅛tspblack pepper
6tbspItalian seasoned breadcrumbs,whole wheat
¼cuppanko
olive oil spray,used Misto
2tbspFrank’s Hot Sauce,or Tabasco
2tspolive oil
1lbchicken breast,skinless, cut into 40 small bite sized pieces
4celery stalks,trimmed to 4-inch strips
½cupblue cheese dressing,optional
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Combine the garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, bread crumbs, and Panko in a medium bowl, then toss well.
Place the hot sauce in another medium bowl with the oil.
Dip the chicken into the hot sauce mix, then into the crumbs, and place on the baking sheet.
Spray the top generously with olive oil spray, then bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn over, then cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, and enjoy!
