Ingredients

4 oz pollock fillets

1 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped, or to taste

salt and pepper, to taste

1⁄3 cup sour cream

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare a baking sheet and cover it with aluminum foil. Spritz it with cooking spray.

Sprinkle herbs, salt, and pepper to season the fillet. Place the fillet on the prepared baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl whisk together sour cream, parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Spoon over the sour cream mixture to each fillet.

Place the fillet in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Fish should easily flake with a fork when it’s done.
