Ingredients
1 lb salmon, flaked and drained
1 egg, well beaten
½ cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt, a pinch
black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon and bread crumbs.
Add in the beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Grease the loaf pan with butter.
Transfer salmon mixture to the loaf pan. Spread evenly using a spatula.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
