Ingredients
1tbspcornstarch
¼cupwhite sugar
¼cupsoy sauce
2tbsprice wine vinegar
½tspgarlic powder,or 1 minced garlic clove
½tspground ginger
4chicken thighs,bone in, skin on
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Turn on the heat to medium, then continue whisking for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the chicken thighs skin side down, then move the pan to the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
