Ingredients

8ozcream cheese,softened

1cuppowdered sugar

1pkginstant vanilla pudding,(4 servings size)

2cupsmilk

4cupswhipped topping,such as Cool Whip, divided

4bananas

50graham crackers

14ozcrushed pineapple,in juice

chocolate syrup

cherries

nuts,chopped, optional

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese on medium until fluffy, then add the powdered sugar.

Combine the vanilla pudding and milk, then mix well. Add it to cream cheese mixture, then stir before gently folding in 2 cups of whipped topping.

Slice bananas and toss with a little bit of the pineapple juice to keep them from browning. Drain the pineapple, squeezing to remove all of the juice.

Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with graham crackers. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture and the bananas. Add a second layer of graham crackers.

Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and pineapple. Add a third and final layer of graham crackers.

Top with the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping, cherries, and nuts. Drizzle with chocolate.

Refrigerate overnight.
