Ingredients
2pork tenderloin,(1 pound each), cut in 4 to 5 pieces each
2cups*teriyaki sauce,(see Recipe Notes for recipe), ensure it’s thick sauce
2large onions,sliced
2green onions,sliced, optional
sesame seeds,for garnish, optional
Preparation
Cut each pork tenderloin into 4 to 5 pieces, pound pork pieces until ½-inch thick.
Marinate pork medallions in teriyaki sauce and onion slices for 4 to 6 hours.
Preheat grill to high. Grill the Pork Medallions on high for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
If desired, place onions on a grill tray and grill for 5 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Serve and enjoy.
