Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

2 eggs

salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup water

Preparation

Heat butter until melted; add eggs.

Fry until white is starting to set.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Add water and cover immediately. The steam will cook the top of the eggs; it takes just 1 minute or so, depending on how well done is desired.

Serve these with toast. Enjoy!
