Ingredients

1lbground beef,(80/20)

1cupyellow onion,diced

½tspsalt

½tsppepper

1cupgrape jelly

½cupbarbecue sauce

6brioche buns

8ozcream cheese,softened

⅓cupmayonnaise

1tbsponion juice,or finely chopped onion

1pinchsalt and pepper,to taste

hot sauce,to taste

Preparation

In a large skillet add the beef and onions. Cook well for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart but leaving some chunks.

Add in the salt and pepper, grape jelly, and bbq sauce. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes until the sauce starts to evaporate and the mixture becomes “sloppy”.

Spoon the mixture onto the brioche buns topped with cream cheese spread.

Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer, or with electric beaters, until smooth. Spread on brioche buns.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
