Ingredients

1 lb fish fillets, deboned

1 cups all-purpose flour

1 egg

10 oz beer

1 tsp salt

vegetable oil

Preparation

Place flour, salt, and eggs into a bowl.

Mix all ingredients until combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Add beer to mixture only after the oil is heated, and continue to mix until completely combine.

Dip fish fillets into the mixture until they are completely covered.

Fry the fillets in a large skillet over medium heat until they become golden brown.
