Ingredients
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 oz ranch dip mix
¾ cup beer
2 tbsp parsley, plus more for garnish
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine half of the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch mix in a medium-sized bowl.
Gradually stir in beer until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
Add the parsley and remaining cheese then transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 10 to 15 mins until it reaches a golden brown color.
Serve with biscuits and crackers then garnish with parsley before serving.
