Ingredients

8ozcream cheese,room temperature

⅓cupbutter,softened

3-3½cupspowdered sugar

1tspvanilla extract,or lemon juice

1½tsplemon zest,optional

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and butter with a mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Mix in vanilla or lemon juice.

Add in powdered sugar a bit at a time until fluffy. Careful not to overmix.

Store up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
