Ingredients

¾cupunsweetened almond milk

½cupfrozen raspberries

½cupfrozen strawberriessliced

¼cupcottage cheese

¼cupnon fat Greek yogurtplain

2tbspquick oats

1tsphoney

1tspnatural granulated sweeteneror sugar

½tsppure vanilla extract

Extra frozen raspberries to servethey act as ice cubes!

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. If it is too thick, add a little more milk and blend until done to your liking.

Top with extra frozen raspberries.
