Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups whipping cream

prepared graham cracker crust, in a springform cake tin

⅓ mixed berries , of your choice, fresh or frozen, (thawed if using frozen)

Preparation

Using a hand beater, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.

In a large, mixing bowl beat the whipping cream. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and pour into the prepared crust.

Spread out the mixture onto the graham cracker crust and top with berries.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve when its firm.
