Ingredients
8 cups whole milk
1⅓ cups white sugar
1 cup pearl tapioca, small
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
strawberries
raspberries
blueberries
caramel syrup
Preparation
Combine sugar, milk, eggs, and tapioca in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring once per hour.
Turn off the heat and stir the vanilla into the pudding.
Serve warm with fresh fruits and caramel syrup.
