Ingredients

1½lbsground beef,(85/15)

½yellow onion,finely chopped

¼cuphamburger pickles,chopped

1tspkosher salt

¼tspcoarse ground pepper

2tspWorcestershire sauce

1cupmayonnaise

¼cupFrench dressing

2tbspsweet relish

1tbspketchup

1tspwhite vinegar

¼tsponion powder

⅛tspsalt

8hamburger buns,(with seeds)

2cupsiceberg lettuce,shredded

12hamburger pickle chips

4slicesAmerican cheese

additional sauce,optional

Preparation

Brown the ground beef halfway for about 3 to 4 minutes in a large skillet, then add in the chopped onions, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook the beef until fully browned for about 3 to 4 minutes, then add in the chopped pickles and stir.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.

Add 1 cup of the secret sauce to the pan, reserving the rest for the buns.

Cook for 1 additional minute, then serve on a sesame hamburger bun*.
