Ingredients
1deep dish pie crust
1cupheavy cream
¾cupvanilla cake mix
3.4ozinstant vanilla pudding mix
1½cupsmilk,cold
3tbspconfetti sprinkles
Preparation
Bake the pie crust at 375 degrees F in a pie pan for 18 to 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer on high speed, then mix for 1 to 2 minutes until they reach stiff peaks.
Add in the cake mix, then mix until stiff peaks form for about 2 minutes more.
In a large bowl, add the pudding mix and milk, then let thicken for 5 minutes.
Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mix, then finally fold in confetti sprinkles.
Spread the pudding filling into pie crust, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled, and enjoy!
