Ingredients
3tbspwater
2½tbspwhite sugar
1cupfresh blackberries
ground black pepper,1 pinch
salt,1 tiny pinch
Preparation
Combine the water and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until the sugar melts and the liquid begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Place the blackberries, sugar water mixture, pepper, and salt in a blender.
Cover and blend until the mixture is liquefied and smooth.
Pour the mixture through a mesh strainer into a shallow dish.
Tap the dish gently to evenly distribute the mixture across the bottom.
Cover and freeze for at least 2½ hours until solid.
Scrape the blackberry mixture into a slush using the tines of a fork.
Serve, and enjoy!
