½mediumavocado,pitted and peeled

1tbspfresh horseradish,minced, plus more to taste

2½tspworcestershire sauce,plus more to taste

10dashestabasco sauce,plus more to taste

2½tsplemon juice,freshly squeezed, plus more to taste

1tspred onion,finely chopped

1clovegarlic,peeled

1tspnatural salt

pinchfreshly ground black pepper,plus more to taste

2cupsice cubes

2tspextra virgin olive oil,cold pressed

1tspchia seeds

1tspgoji powder

Preparation

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.

Tweak flavors to taste.
