Ingredients
1tbsplight mayonnaise
2slicesAppleton Farms Center Cut Baconor turkey bacon, cooked and cut in half
1soft flour tortillataco-size, low carb
1ozOven Roasted Turkey2 slices
¼cupRomaine lettucechopped
2tbsptomatochopped
1ozavocado
organic mini cucumbers
carrot sticks
organic strawberries
organic blueberries
Preparation
Spread the mayonnaise over the center of the tortilla.
Top with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon and avocado.
Roll up the tortilla, holding it together tightly with fingertips.
Trim the ends off, then slice the roll into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife.
Transfer to a bento box or plate.
Fill the rest of the compartments of the bento box or plate with carrot sticks, cucumbers and fruit.
