Ingredients

½cupGreek yogurtplain fat free

¼cupmayonnaisefull fat

2tspfresh lemon juice

2tbspgreen onionsthinly sliced

1tbspparsleyminced

salt and freshly ground black pepper

3cupschicken breastdiced cooked and chilled

6slicesbaconcooked and chopped

1½cupsgrape tomatoeshalved

½cupcelerydiced

1medium avocadofairly firm but ripe, diced

Romaine lettuce leavesfor serving

Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chicken, bacon, tomatoes and celery to a large mixing bowl.

Add in the dressing mixture, then toss to coat.

Gently toss in the avocado.

Serve over lettuce leaves, and enjoy!
