Ingredients

12 eggs, hard-boiled

¼ cup white onions, chopped

¼ cup blue cheese dressing

¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled, or cut into small pieces

Salt and pepper

Spring onions

Preparation

Cut each egg in half and remove the yolks. Set the egg whites aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the yolks, onions blue cheese, and milk.

Pour the blue cheese dressing a little at a time and mix until desired consistency.

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Adjust accordingly.

Chill the mixture for about 2 hours.

Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into egg whites and serve!
