Ingredients

5yellow peaches,pitted and sliced

1cupblueberries,(about 6oz)

½lemon,zested and juiced

2tspcornstarch

3½tbspagave nectar,or honey

1cupquick oats,or rolled oats, uncooked

⅓cupwhole wheat flour

½cuplight brown sugar,not packed

¾tspcinnamon

¼cuphalf stick butter,melted

Preparation

Heat oven to 375 degrees F degrees.

Combine peaches, blueberries, agave nectar, lemon juice and zest in large bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch. Toss until fruit is coated.

Place fruit in an ungreased pie dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake for about 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.

Serve with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired.
