Ingredients
1 pineapple, trimmed, halved and cut into wedges
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
cooking spray
½ cup ice cream, preferably vanilla
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, allspice, and cinnamon.
Add pineapple and coat evenly, then refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to an hour to marinate.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and grease with cooking spray. Grill pineapple on all sides for 1 to 3 minutes or until pineapples are tender.
Take them off the grill and serve with a side of ice cream, and enjoy!
