Ingredients
1lbstew beef,tenderized, diced
½tspvinegar
salt,to taste
1tspoil,or as needed
1onion,diced
15ozcorn,(1 can), drained
15ozsweet peas,(1 can), drained
4.5ozmushrooms,(1 can), drained, diced
6oztomato sauce,(1 can)
2cupsheavy whipping cream
Preparation
Place the beef into a bowl, then toss with vinegar and salt.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook and stir the onion for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.
Add the beef to the onions, then cook and stir for about 5 minutes, until the onions are soft and the meat has begun to brown.
Mix the corn, peas, and mushrooms into the skillet, then cook and stir for about 10 minutes until flavors combine. Stir in the tomato sauce and cream.
Cook and stir for about 3 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
