Ingredients

3cupsfresh Brussels sprouts

1½tbspbutter

⅓cuppanko bread crumbs

salt & pepper,to taste

Preparation

Wash brussels sprouts, remove any tough leaves and score an ‘X’ in the bottom of each (or cut in half if they’re very large).

Boil or steam brussels sprouts until just softened and drain. (About 12 minutes to boil)

In a small pot melt butter. Add Panko bread crumbs and toast for about 6 minutes over medium heat until lightly browned.

Toss brussels sprouts with bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
