Ingredients

3cupsbrown rice,cooked

1cupsoy milk

½cupraisins

½cupalmonds,toasted, chopped

¼cupmaple syrup

1tspground cinnamon

½tspground cardamom

Preparation

Combine the rice, soy milk, raisins, almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and cardamom in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently to prevent scorching, for 5 to 8 minutes, until thickened.

Spoon into 4 bowls, serve, and enjoy!
