Ingredients
1pkgfrozen broccoli
4white fish fillets,such as cod, haddock or halibut
1canCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
milk
¼cupcheddar cheese,shredded
2tbspbread crumbs
1tspbutter
paprika
Preparation
Place the broccoli into an 8x8x2-inch shallow baking dish. Top with the fish. Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Stir the bread crumbs, butter, and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over all.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve warm and enjoy.
