olive oil spray
2tsplemon juice,fresh
2tsprosemary,fresh, chopped
2clovesgarlic,minced
salt and fresh pepper,to taste
Preparation
Combine the lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Brush the mixture onto the fish.
Spray the rack of a broiler pan with olive oil spray and place the fish in it.
Broil the fish 4 inches from the heat for approximately 4 to 6 minutes per ½-inch thickness, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
If the fish is more than 1-inch thick, gently turn it halfway through broiling to cook it properly.
